Alan Ulrich comes to Juneau from Guam where he was CFO for Guam Memorial Hospital Authority.

Finalists Cliff Hendren of Charlotte, N.C. and Bill Alsdurf of Kennewick, Wash. were brought to Juneau for in-person interviews.

Ken Brough is the third member of the hospital’s leadership team to step down or announce plans to resign in the past three months.

According to Bartlett, Egbert has over 23 years experience in medical facilities with 15 years as a hospital CEO.

“The board’s been specific about wanting someone who can keep their strategic plan moving forward. They don’t want to go backwards,” says HR director Mila Cosgrove.

Former Bartlett Regional Hospital CEO Chris Harff left the hospital on Saturday, one week earlier than anticipated.
