Juneau police release tape of shooting

After Juneau Police Sgt. Paul Hatch was cleared by the district attorney in the shooting of a Juneau man who was threatening him with a samurai sword, police released a dramatic recording of their confrontation. The August 10 incident began when police answered a call that the man was threatening a woman at the Thunder Mountain Trailer Park. Chief Greg Browning delivered the recording made by Sgt. Hatch and discussed the case with John Ryan.
