One of the least publicized portions of Novermber 5th’s statewide ballot include the slate of various judges that routinely come up for a retention vote. In this edition of Courtwatch that originally aired in October of 2000, attorney Tom Wagner reviews the judicial appointment and retention process, and how each judge’s performance is rated by the Alaska Judicial Council.
