Ballot Measure 3 will appear on the Nov. 4 general election ballot. The initiative asks voters to increase Alaska’s minimum wage to $8.75 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2015, $9.75 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2016, and thereafter adjusted annually for inflation.
