William Moy, Jr., escaped custody Wednesday and failed to return to jail. Juneau police located and arrested Moy on Friday. Moy was previously charged with felony escape and other misdemeanor offenses.

Juneau police arrested a man believed to be using stolen bank cards at area businesses, according to a department news release.

Juneau police is warning business owners not to accept bankcards from a Juneau man who may be using stolen cards. According to a Juneau Police Department news release, William ‘Billy’ Moy Jr., 23, is believed to have used and attempted to use stolen bankcards at about 10 businesses since Nov. 1.
