An eight-person crew of scientists, artists and divers are trying to locate the site of one of the deadliest shipwrecks in Alaska history.
The massive painted and carved red cedar bench is the work of four well-known artists from Ketchikan. Petersburg community members raised $35,000 to purchase the work.
