Family, friends and law enforcement have been looking for Doug Farnsworth since he went missing on Sept. 29.  His older sister, Kiersten Farnsworth said she and other family members believe he is dead. 

Geraldine Nelson, 78, was last seen at her home on Churchill Way late Sunday afternoon. She may have been wearing black pants and a black or light blue coat or sweater.

Alaska Airlines said Saturday that it banned state Sen. Lora Reinbold, R-Eagle River, from its flights for continuing to refuse to follow mask-wearing requirements for travelers.
