Members of Congress are formally counting the Electoral College votes. A group of violent supporters of President Donald Trump breached the U.S. Capitol earlier on Wednesday, clashing with Capitol police and delaying the process.

Pruitt and the attorney on the case, Stacey Stone, said they believe the alleged violations changed the outcome of the race. Reached by text, Snyder said there’s “absolutely no” merit to the allegations and the Division of Elections was doing its job.
“…if there is any suspicion of fraud, which there is, that really needs to be looked into. That really needs to be investigated.”
The margin of victory shrank by two votes, with one vote added to Rep. Pruitt’s total and one vote subtracted from Snyder in the recount, which was completed on Friday.
Republican Lt. Gov. Kevin Meyer, who supervises Alaska’s election system, learned of the hack Oct. 27, his office said in the statement.
