How do I redeem my membership discount?
Discounts can be redeemed by calling or visiting the box office for each organization and providing the SPECIAL MEMBER CODE emailed or mailed to the address provided in your member account. Lost the code? Call 586-1670 to verify your membership and get the code. Additional restrictions apply (see below).
Juneau Jazz & Classics
KTOO Members receive 10% discount** on Juneau Jazz & Classics Benefit Concerts, including Post Modern Jukebox, Swing in the New Year, Martini & Mozart and Arlo Guthrie. Not for use during Juneau Jazz & Classics Festival Events.

Juneau Arts & Humanities Council (JAHC)
KTOO Members receive 10% discount** on JAHC Concert Season Events, including La Santa Cecilia, Holiday Pops, Gospel Celebrations, The Quebe Sisters, & Ping Chong. Not for use for JAHC fundraising events.
