Citizens Advisory Commission on Federal Areas, (CACFA)will be holding a two-day public meeting, with part of it dedicated to hearing comments regarding the proposed critical habitat designation for Cook Inlet Beluga whales.The two-day meeting begins in the State Capitol, Room 17, on Friday, February 19, from 1-5 p.m. and continues on Saturday, February 20. The public is welcome to testify at local Legislative Information Offices.
