Roeland et al. v. Trucano et al.Roeland and Flamee held a right of first refusal entitling them the first opportunity to by a certain parcel of real property in Juneau. Trucano and Landvick signed an agreement to transfer a 25% interest in the real property, providing the written agreement to Roeland and Flamee. After 90 days, Trucano and Landvick proceeded with the agreement. Roeland and Flamee contend their right of first refusal had been violated and appeal the superior court’s rejection of their claims.
