Alaska Supreme Court Oral Arguments

Marron v. StromstadTeva Marron was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at a red light that was rear-ended by one driven by Lyle Stromstad. As a result of the collision, Marron claims that she required a cervical disk fusion and chiropractic treatment. Although Stromstad admitted liability for the accident, he denies he caused Marron’s injuries. A jury ruled against Marron. Numerous rulings are the subject of this appeal, including discovery, evidence and trial conduct. Marron is seeking a new trial.
