Alaska Civil Liberties, et al. v. State of Alaska and Municipality of AnchorageThe Alaska Civil Liberties Union and several same-sex couples challenged the denial of health insurance and other employment benefits to domestic partners of gay and lesbian employees and retirees of the State and Municipality of Anchorage.
