The Juneau Police Department says it has rearrested the man accused of five felonies for out-the-road burglaries and thefts.

Albert Martin Mazon, 25, is now facing a sixth felony charge for escape; he left the custody of halfway house where he was in custody pretrial.

Police say the rearrest went down Friday afternoon in the Cinema Drive area. He’s being held at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

A court hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 29 and a possible trial for November.
