Alaska Airlines diverts Juneau-Seattle flight to Vancouver, BC

CBC News is reporting that an Alaska Airlines plane en route to Seattle from Juneau was diverted to Vancouver, British Columbia on Sunday due to an electrical issue.

No injuries were reported and the plane was able to land safely.

Alaska Airlines told the CBC that the plane had a problem with one of two electrical systems, and pilots followed procedure to land at the nearest airport.

There were 120 passengers and five crew were on board.
