Last week’s search for Bruce Weyhrauch had a happy ending when a rescue dog found the former state representative on Coghlan Island in Auke Bay. But friends and family have questioned why the Coast Guard took so long to bring in the state troopers and dog teams to search for Weyhrauch on land, as well as in the water.
