A 53-year-old former Arizona lawmaker accused of shooting a man in Excursion Inlet was indicted Friday by a Juneau grand jury.

Mark Anthony DeSimone is accused of shooting 34-year-old Duilio Antonio “Tony” Rosales twice in the back of the head. Prosecutors allege DeSimone admitted to another man at the scene that he had killed Rosales.
