The Juneau World Affairs Council presents “The Success of British Columbia’s Carbon Tax and What It Means for Alaska” with Eoin Madden. Madden grew up and practiced law in Ireland, but switched careers after studying climate change for a post-graduate degree. Now, Madden lives in British Columbia and works for the Wilderness Committee, a Canadian environmental nonprofit.
