Monday night’s Focus on Community will feature Dr. Heidi Connole from the University of Alaska Southeast. New to Juneau, Dr. Connole is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Management and has an extensive background as a leadership coach and consultant in the Lower 48. On Monday night, she will share some thoughts, strategies and techniques for improving written communication in the workplace in hopes of helping leaders in all levels of organizations be effective in their efforts. A special focus of her segment is email communication its perils, pitfalls and potential.
