Juneau Afternoon 12/9/11

Today at 3 on A Juneau Afternoon, Pat Moore will host. We’ll get the details on pre-engineering courses at UAS with Assistant Professor of Engineering Lori Sowa, who coordinates the program, and from Max Martell, one of the students in the pre-engineering program; we’ll hear about the Sitka Soup, a newspaper and website run by Will Swagell, and hear The Bight Before Christmas, Will’s Sitka version of the classical Christmas poem set for fishermen in Alaskan waters, now available in book form from local booksellers, and we’ll talk with local guitarist Dan Hopson about his musical career and new Solo Classical Guitar CD.
