The new general manager of Eaglecrest Ski Area may be the second hired, but he was as well liked by the Eaglecrest Board of Directors as Ray Gardner, who is unable to take the job due to a family emergency.
Matt Lillard will be on the job by November. Rosemarie Alexander met Lillard in July when the finalists for the post were in town.
