The United States Honor Flag flew over the Capital Building in Juneau yesterday afternoon (Tuesday). The flag that flew over Ground Zero in New York City after the September 11th attacks now travels around the country paying tribute to those who have lost their lives in the line of duty, as well as those who continue to serve. Casey Kelly has more.
